Better Together

We believe in the importance of the gathering of the saints in worship, Word, and deed. This means we are intentional about prioritizing opportunities to gather in ways that cause us to promote our values and spur one another to good works (cf. Heb. 10:24-25). Because Jesus is uniquely present when we gather, your presence matters. We’re better when you’re here. You’re better when you’re here and Jesus is ultimately glorified. Won’t you come?

Fellowship Groups

  • The “Seasoned Saints” of ALCC, comprised of members ages 55 and older, are committed to living lives in the light of God’s word and nurturing and respecting one another for the purpose of creating a safe space for all members to grow and thrive. Meetings are a place of fun, fellowship, and disseminating age-related information. 55+ meets 2nd Sundays immediately following service.

  • As the name suggests, this group serves as a support for all other fellowship groups and focuses on fellowship and outreach. Bridge also serves as a place of spiritual growth and plain-old fun for members ages 35-54. Bridge meets 2nd Sundays immediately following service.

  • Children’s Ministry: This ministry endeavors to nurture the spiritual growth and well-being of children ages 2-12. Children’s church takes place on the 2nd and 4th Sundays during worship service.

  • Christian Men’s Fellowship (CMF) is where the men of ALCC develop the essential bonds and friendships necessary to flourish and grow in God (2nd Base). The men of ALCC are encouraged to use their gifts and talents to support one another as well as the church at-large. CMF meets 1st Saturdays at 10:00 AM at the church.

  • Christian Women’s Fellowship (CWF) is where the women of ALCC develop the essential bonds and friendships necessary to flourish and grow in God (2nd Base). The women of ALCC are encouraged to use their gifts and talents to support one another as well as the church at-large. CWF meets 1st Saturday every month at the church at 10:00 AM or on Zoom (on an alternating basis).

  • The Heart Sisters is a subgroup of CWF that confidentially discusses intimate life situations and provides deeper encouragement, prayer, and support to one another guided by different bible-based, discipleship-driven books. Heart Sisters meet Thursdays at 7:00 PM Women’s Bible book study via zoom.

  • YAYA (Youth and Young Adults): A faith-based safe place for youth and young adults ages 13-34. YAYA meets 2nd and 4th Sundays immediately following service.
